About this work
Four loosely drawn figures in ink wash appear across a pale paper sheet, showing contorted poses including a flying figure with outstretched limbs, a kneeling figure with a raised arm, and a reclining man beside a standing figure. The brushwork is quick and economical, leaving much of the page empty.
