About this work
A colored lithograph by John Samuel Pughe, dated 1903, shows a line of men in Napoleonic-style hats riding horses through snow. The foremost rider wears a grey greatcoat and a hat labeled MORGAN, while the others carry names such as PERKINS, FRICK, DRESSER, and NIXON, and a banner reading ARMY OF STOCKHOLDERS marches in the background.
