About this work
A woodblock print titled Ochanomizu Bridge by Utagawa Hiroshige, a 19th century Japanese print. A long wooden bridge on tall posts spans a river where boats carry barrels, and a boatman in a green robe and hat poles through the water. Snow-capped Mount Fuji rises behind a green hill crowned with windswept pines beneath a red and yellow sunset sky.
