A watercolor sketch shows an elderly barefoot man in a green robe and brown vest, carrying a large dark lacquered box on his back while holding a rope. A kneeling woman in a patterned robe with a red sash is seen at left beside a few stylized plant strokes. The Album of Ichiryusai Hiroshige's Sketches, Plate 15, is attributed to Utagawa Hiroshige and dated ca. 1850, and a red seal appears at right.
