About this work
An ink drawing on paper shows a warrior in ornate armor and a helmet, lunging forward with a long sword held diagonally across the body while a second blade or scabbard extends behind. The figure is rendered in bold, flowing black lines with decorative patterns on the armor and streaming hair.
