About this work
A magazine cover titled The Lady's Graphic, No. 2, September 1st, shows a woman in a long flowing robe with a flowering branch beside her, gazing at three yellow rabbits leaping across a striped green and cream landscape. A large yellow sun sits low on the horizon, framed by stylized green waves, with Japanese characters in red bands at top and bottom. The work is credited to Mitsutani Kunishiro and dated 1907.
