About this work
A hand-colored engraved military plan shows a star-shaped fortified town surrounded by rivers, fields, and siege trenches. An inset at upper right presents a detailed plan of the latest attacks on the town in November 1704, with lettered attack positions, and a decorative cartouche at lower right holds an explanatory key.
