A hand-colored bird's-eye town plan titled Cvnevm, dated 1709 and attributed to Anna Beek, shows a fortified city with dense rows of red-roofed buildings and bastions. Two rivers frame the town, and surrounding fields, orchards and scattered farmhouses are laid out in pale green, pink and ochre. A decorative cartouche at upper left holds a coat of arms and a numbered key of sites.
