About this work
Two motor boats race side by side across the water, leaving foamy wakes and spray behind them. Men in dark caps and coats sit at the helms, one in a red scarf and another in a yellow jacket, with a red-and-white buoy marking the course. This print, titled Motor Boats, was made by George Markendorff in 1907.
