About this work

A colorized lithographic print depicting the Battle of Chickamauga, showing dense infantry lines firing rifles amid drifting smoke, mounted officers, and regimental flags on a wooded hillside. Artillery crews fire from a ridge at upper left, and a river and distant hills appear at right. The work is credited to Kurz & Allison and dated 1890, with casualty figures and commander notes printed along the lower margin.
