About this work
A printed campaign poster shows a large sailing ship with patriotic slogans written across its sails, sailing over stylized waves beneath a title reading Ship of State. Two portrait photographs of William McKinley and Garret A. Hobart appear at the bottom alongside a list of platform planks and a table of past presidential election results, all published by the Fort Dearborn Publishing Co. in 1897.
