About this work

This hand-colored print shows two ornate wooden tables from the Le Magasin de Meubles catalogue, plate 756, numbered 2667 and 2668. The upper piece is a small work table with turned legs and gilt inlaid detailing, while the lower one is a colonnette table with arcaded supports and a richly inlaid top. The sheet is attributed to Victor Léon Michel Quétin, dated 1832 to 1904.
