About this work
This hand-colored woodblock print presents three symmetrical decorative motifs arranged on a pale ground, each built from a central flower surrounded by stylized leaves and curling tendrils. A yellow chrysanthemum, a violet iris and a red blossom are framed by green foliage, with Japanese captions and a title label in the upper right.
