About this work
A chromolithographed plate from the periodical Die Perle, numbered page 28, showing nine jewelry designs in black enamel, gold, pearls and diamonds. The central pendant watch spells the word LOVE in diamond letters above a floral-decorated watch face, while other pieces include earrings, a ring with cross, heart and anchor motifs, and monogram ciphers.
