A watercolor caricature in profile shows a man with exaggerated features, a large nose, and a prominent mustache, dressed in formal black evening wear with a white shirt, green sash, and white gloves while holding a cigar. The work is signed in red by Eugène Giraud and inscribed with the sitter's name, Costantino Nigra, dated 1867.
