About this work
A colored political cartoon shows caricatured European and Asian figures labeled Russia, France, Japan and Belgium, with a bear and a Turkish-looking figure near Erzerum. Speech bubbles carry satirical remarks about the Peace Terms, the restoration of Belgium and a king without a country. The printed slogan "One for All and All for One!" runs along the bottom, and the work was issued by Carey Cartoon Service in 1916.
