About this work
A hand-colored political cartoon shows personified European nations as waiters and diners in a restaurant, with Uncle Sam standing at the right edge beside a seated Europa figure. Speech balloons carry the nations' remarks, and the title is printed in bold capitals beneath the scene. The work is credited to Carey Cartoon Service and dated 1915.
