About this work
A double-page sketchbook spread showing colored studies of bird feet and legs, including yellow chicken-like feet and gray duck-like feet, alongside a painted orange with green leaves. Inscriptions in Japanese characters appear on the right page. This sketchbook plate by Ariyoshi Kondo is dated 1826-1840.
