Why is this public domain? Art Young died in 1943; this work is in the public domain.
About this work
A richly colored political cartoon shows five well-dressed men standing atop a cloud labeled IMMUNITY, looking down on a crowded street scene below. Below them, prisoners in striped uniforms, police, and ordinary people struggle through a chaotic city, with a pool room and a building marked NOBODIES nearby. Art Young created this print in 1907.
