About this work
A richly coloured illustrated map of Japan drawn in a whimsical manga style, with rail lines, mountains and volcanoes, and small pictorial vignettes of fruit, a bear, fishermen in a boat, and factories. Text in Japanese labels routes, places and notes across the sheet.
