About this work

A hand-coloured plate shows two liturgical vestments side by side, a chasuble on the left and a dalmatic on the right, both in red fabric with gold-toned geometric and foliate patterns. The chasuble displays a central medallion with vine and grape ornament and a monogram, while the dalmatic has tasselled cords and framed floral panels. The print is attributed to Josef Reich and dated 1911.
