About this work
This chromolithographic plate shows liturgical objects in a Gothic-style setting, including several chalices with white veils, a chalice on a paten above an embroidered altar cloth, and a red patterned bag and book cover. A framed board displays the words Gloria in excelsis Deo and Credo in unum Deum, and the background features pointed arches. The work is attributed to Josef Reich and dated 1911.
