About this work
A multicolored geological map of the Hannover region, printed as Sect. 13 of Richard Lepsius's Geologische Karte des Deutschen Reichs. Color-coded bands mark formations from Jura, Trias, and Kreide through Tertiär, Quartär, and older rock, with towns, rivers, and roads drawn in fine lines. A legend along the right edge and scale bars at the bottom identify the geological units and map scale. The sheet is credited to F. Stiebritz and dated 1894.
