About this work

A colorful hand-colored geological map of the Regensburg sheet from Richard Lepsius's Geologische Karte des Deutschen Reichs, showing Bavaria, Bohemia and the Upper Palatinate with rivers, towns and roads. Each rock formation is marked in a distinct color, and a legend on the right lists the geological periods and rock types. The sheet is attributed to F. Stiebritz and dated 1894.
