About this work
An engraved print by Illman Brothers, dated 1861-1865, showing the Declaration of Independence signing scene at top center and an ornate frame of oval portrait medallions of United States presidents. The central text block reproduces the Declaration with a column of handwritten-style signatures below, and an eagle and flags decorate the upper border.
