About this work
A colour lithograph titled Puss in Boots, produced by Paul Hey in 1910, shows a white cat in boots and a green cap standing before a smiling, bearded man with a walking stick. Behind them a stone bridge and half-timbered houses frame a view of a river valley with a village church, while a procession of costumed figures runs along the bottom border.
