About this work
A monochrome lithographic print advertising Felsenkeller Bock, shown as a doorway framed by a draped American flag and a perched eagle. A crowned king holding a foaming goblet stands on the left, a man in a hat raises a beer stein on the right, and a leaping goat bursts through the open doors. The print was made in 1879 by Henry Jerome Schile.
