A standing female nude is drawn in black chalk with white highlights on a grey-green sheet, her arms extended outward and one leg lifted in a dancing pose. The loose, expressive contours and sparse modelling suggest a study of the figure in motion. The drawing is titled Dansend vrouwelijk naakt, by Leo Gestel, dated 1891, and is held by the Rijksmuseum.
