About this work
A costume design plate for the stage production Eidelberga Mia!, showing a stout man in a feathered black hat, black tailcoat, white breeches, black boots, and a striped sash, holding a sword and plumed hat. The sheet carries the printed title, the music credit to U. Pacchierotti, and the handwritten role label Bilz (atto III), with the scenic design credited to Gamba and dated 1907. The figure is rendered in ink and watercolour on a grey-blue ground.
