A color lithographic plate shows the upper gallery of the Church of San Vitalis in Ravenna, with mosaic-covered walls, ornate capitals, and a seated figure beneath a fan-patterned arch. Black-and-white and tinted architectural drawings on the right include a floor plan, a capital detail, and cross sections of the church and the Church of Saint Dmitrii in Thessalonike.
