This chromolithographic plate shows an ornate jug with a blue enamel-style ground, gilded arabesque scrollwork, and a band of mounted horsemen in red and gold on the body. The flared neck is patterned with Gothic-style tracery, and the plate is annotated as collection Baron Alphonse de Rothschild, Paris, drawn by Gustav Schmoranz, dated 1899.
