About this work
A hand-colored plan of a market garden (Jardin Potager Maraicher) shows rectangular vegetable beds in varied colors arranged within a curving river and tree-lined border. Three small elevation views of buildings appear across the top, and a graduated scale in toises runs along the bottom. The print is attributed to Gabriel Thouin.
