About this work
A pen and ink drawing shows a rough, hatted man running down a city street while carrying a curly-haired child under one arm, with a second man in pursuit. A figure labeled POLITICIAN watches from the left beside a brick wall and a door marked with a five-thousand-dollar sign. William Henry Walker produced this print in 1912.
