About this work
A pen and ink drawing shows a large man in a period coat and trousers sprawled across a landscape, his limbs bound by many thin railroad tracks along which trains travel. Tiny figures swarm around his boots and a top hat in the foreground, and a small figure appears inside the hat. The work is titled Uncle Gulliver and the Harriputians, by William Henry Walker, dated 1909.
