About this work

This Japanese woodblock print shows a wide canal crossed by the curved wooden Nihonbashi bridge, with snow-covered warehouses and boats along the waterfront. Mount Fuji rises in the distance above the city roofs, and crowds walk the bridge under a clearing sky.

Print shows several boats on the river approaching the Nihonbashi, with snow on the buildings and shops along the waterfront, and with Mount Fuji in the distance.
