About this work

This color woodblock print shows a broad, layered landscape with rolling green fields, dark shrubs, and clusters of pale pink flowering bushes in the foreground. Pale streaks of light suggest water or wet ground across the middle distance, and faint vertical marks evoke falling rain under a soft yellow-green sky.
