A grey-toned engraved view of the town of Bellinzona shows fortified walls and towers on a hillside above a town of houses and churches. Mountains rise on both sides of a broad valley, and two figures stand in the foreground beneath trees. The print is attributed to David Alois Schmid, with the engraver's credit to J. Mayer, and carries the caption Bellinzona.
