About this work
A watercolor study shows two pears of the same variety, one in profile with a stem at the top and one seen from the blossom end with its stem at the bottom, both yellow-green with orange-red blush and russet spotting. The paper is inscribed with the accession number, the place Chico, California, and the artist's name with the date 9-2-20.
