About this work
A watercolor study shows a whole peach with a red and golden blush beside a cut half revealing yellow flesh, red tones near the pit, and a textured reddish stone. The painting is on cream paper with a fine drawn border, and handwritten labels note the number 64040, the variety name Rings, Arlington Farm, and the artist's name with dates in 1913.
