About this work
A watercolor botanical study shows a whole orange with a green stem and calyx above a cross-section of the same fruit, revealing its segments and seeds. The page carries handwritten labels noting the variety Dugat, the Enderdonk nursery in Victoria, Texas, and dates in 1904, attributed to Bertha Heiges.
