A pomological watercolor shows a whole apple with a pale yellow-green skin blushed with pink and fine brown speckles, above a halved cross-section revealing the core, seeds, and stem. The sheet bears handwritten inscriptions with a catalogue number, variety name, locality, and the artist's name with dates from 1909. The work is part of the USDA Pomological Watercolor Collection.
