About this work
This brown wash drawing with pen shows a rural landscape with groups of tall trees and a thatched hut in the middle distance. In the foreground a barefoot girl carries a basket on her arm and a stick in her hand, while a shepherd with livestock and a seated figure rest beneath a large tree.
