This engraving shows Christ crucified on a T-shaped cross with the inscription INRI above his head, flanked by the Virgin Mary on the left with bowed head and a draped veil, and a standing male saint on the right holding a book. A skull and bone lie at the base of the cross beside a stone, and radiating halos surround the figures.
