About this work
This print shows a decorative frame design with an arched top and foliate scrollwork. A nude female figure stands at the center of the arch surrounded by radiating light and roses, while small figures of women tend plants in the corners. Gerrit Willem Dijsselhof made this design, dated 1900, as a frame for a calendar for 1901.
