This painting shows a young woman in three-quarter view with her gaze lowered, wearing a dark blue headscarf draped over her hair and a red garment with white dots. Large gold hoop earrings and a small nose ring are visible, set against a pale, loosely brushed background. The work is attributed to Rudolf Swoboda, dated 1886, and held in the Royal Collection.
