A stern woman with a red umbrella labeled Intolerance and a white skirt labeled Prohibition strides across a rocky path, while a water wheel labeled with vices such as drunkenness, disease and gambling turns beside a log saloon called The Blind Tiger. A small child is shown beside her, and an American flag flies over a waterfall and mountain scene.
