About this work
A satirical print titled Privileged sport by Udo Keppler, dated 1909, shows a red automobile speeding through a city street with a chauffeur and two passengers. Surrounding the car, newspaper clippings report pedestrian injuries, deaths and accidents caused by motorcars, arranged within swirling clouds of dust and smoke.
