About this work
A colorful political cartoon titled "As to the parcels post" by Udo Keppler, dated 1910. Bulls labeled Express Company and Mail Carrying Deficit graze in a field marked with profits, while a figure of Uncle Sam leans on a fence observing them, with the Capitol dome visible in the distance.
