About this work
A stained glass design in an arched frame shows the Crucifixion, with a yellow-bodied Christ between two darker figures on crosses. Two kneeling women in pink and red robes with golden halos sit at the foot of the cross, while angels with halos and a dove appear above. The Gruber print from 1925 presents the window in a richly colored, stylized manner.
