About this work
This black and white woodcut print by Arno Fleischer from 1965 shows a frontal portrait of a man with a dark, heavily cut face set against a background of American flags and a cross. Hooded figures and a burning cross-like structure appear at the right edge, and the title Klu Klux Klan is inscribed in pencil below the image.
